SO I got a pole not to long ago and have been practicing and my upper body strength is improving and I have been getting pretty comfortable with all the tricks I have been doing, I want to try more tricks that involve my core but mind you my core is very weak. So I am wondering should I be doing core exercises separately from pole dancing to build and strengthen those muscles or should I just keep going at it at the pole? The only reason why I am not practicing these core tricks its because
1. I cant even do them slightly.
2. Without me having any core strength and me even trying them seems dangerous.
